Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Handling cases under various laws like Corporate Laws, Consumer Laws, Civil and Criminal Laws, Motors Vehicle Act, Arbitration Act, Contract Act, Legal Metrology Act, etc.
- Drafting of Legal Notices, Replies to Notices, Plaints, Complaints, Claims, written statement, application, Confidentiality Agreements, Bank Guarantees, Business Agreements, and MOUs.
- Follow-up with Advocates/Solicitors/Law Firm for updates and maintaining Legal MIS.
- Liaising with Government Departments, Police Authorities, Economic Offence Wing, Crime Branch for filing criminal complaints & execution of court orders.
- Conducting extensive research work and finding case laws, handling procedural aspects in various courts, etc.
- Providing legal assistance to factory/commercial/sales/sourcing/service departments on a day-to-day basis.
